Place: uppr_diff_011_p_uni into your mods folder.

Install:

1. mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
2. Replace the texture and save...

Always back up your files.

I would love to upload the pants, but I need permission from the creator since I retextured them.
