1. Open OpenIV. 2. Enable "Edit mode". 3. Drag and drop the files to: GTA5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist3\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist3_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf
