To replace the skin, navigate to: C:\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01 and replace head_diff_005_a_lat (Female).
Please refer to the "Read me" file for additional guidance.

I used FACE 40. Do not download if you are unhappy with the appearance of the face. Do not resell these faces.
