1. Open OPENIV/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latestpatchday/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
2. Open the ytd file (make sure to enable edit mode)
3. Search for "sign"
4. Rename the new file with a number and save.
5. Run the game.
