The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) have a new tool to play with. A mobile command research truck to assist in the observation and study of severe weather.

When the base of this truck was released I thought It would be a great makeshift Doppler Radar on Wheels "DOW". So I made this skin and changed the lights to ambers and I think overall it came out pretty well.

- The license plate is blank due to the model maker and template. I am unable to help sorry.
- If you are using this vehicle in a FiveM server I recommand changing the vehicle.meta to remove sirens.
