You will need the OpenIV program for this installation. Navigate to the following file path: OpenIV/GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/leves/gta5/vehicles.rpf Once you are in "Edite mode", replace the original files with the downloaded files.
