To use this texture, replace the "jester2.ytd" file in your GTA V game folder with the one provided. Open OpenIV and navigate to \update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\ . Switch to "Edit Mode" and drag the downloaded "jester2.ytd" file into this location.

Remember to back up your original "jester2.ytd" file.
