Installations:

1. Open the "Model" file and copy its contents into OpenIV at this location:

"Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf"

2. Next, open the "vehicle.meta" file and copy all of its text into the game's "vehicles.meta" which is located in OpenIV at:

"Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"

That completes the installation!
