Virginia State Police Skins for 2019 Chevrolet Silverado by Mcgarret18

It's been a while since my last release. I recently discovered more efficient methods for creating certain liveries, including those for the Virginia State Police. I decided to apply these liveries to a test vehicle - a fantastic 2019 Chevy Silverado by Mcgarret18 (please note that this is a paid model and not included).
