How To install:

Install MephistoPheles's 2011 CVPI

Navigate to: \Grand Theft Auto V Root Dir\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\police.ytd and police_hi.ytd

Replace the old template with the one you just downloaded.

Save, Quit, Play and Enjoy!
