Barcelona: Elite Mossos d'Esquadra Unit Tackles Insurgent Threat

This modification will replace the FIB Ranger appearing at 4 stars with a 4x4 Insurgent based on Catalan Police vehicles, Mossos d'esquadra.

Replace:

• x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles
• update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles

This mod will change the SWAT car that appears at 4 stars to an INSURGENT all-terrain vehicle, which I have customized with the colors of the Mossos d'Esquadra.
