Gump's ELS 2015 Charger RT with LAPD Livery
I decided to create an LAPD skin for Gump's ELS Charger since there wasn't one available. While it may not be perfect, I put in a lot of effort.
To use this texture, you will need the vehicle model:

Using "Make Visuals Great Again" is recommended for optimal results with this texture.
