Holden Commodore VF with VicRoads Traffic Signal System Skin

This is a simple skin I created for MooseYTY's VF Commodore model and Macgregor's Victoria Police model. For those who don't know, VicRoads TSS (Transport Safety Services) have powers similar to Victoria Police. While they mainly focus on heavy vehicles, TSS officers can issue fines and defect notices to car drivers.

I made this skin to use alongside a Victoria Police (or Highway Patrol) skin for when you want to go on a defect spree. This skin isn't exactly like the real thing, but it's very close. It's still a work in progress, and if people are interested I might refine it further. However, this skin is far from perfect!
