Custom DHS Tahoe for Pay-Per-View

This DHS Livery was created for thegreathah and his dev team's 2015 Tahoe PPV SoundOff Interior NForce Light Bar, found at /files/file/16891-2015-tahoe-ppv-soundoff-interior-nforce-light-bar/.

Many thanks to everyone for their ongoing support of my uploads. This is one of the most precise department liveries I've made yet.
I understand this isn't the ideal Tahoe model for this livery, but a friend requested it and I fulfilled his wish (using the vehicle he selected).
