To use this NYPD style Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (CVPI) in your game, you need to download the files and install them using OpenIV. Navigate to: GTA V/MODS/X64E/LEVELS/GTA5/VEHICLES/POLICE+HI within OpenIV. Replace the existing texture file with the new one from the downloaded mod. For an even more authentic NYPD look, replace the following files located in the EXTRA folder of the downloaded mod: TOUGHBOOK.png, vehicleenvmap128.png and sheriff_lights.png
