Install the Ferrari 458 Speciale mod from FeuJl & EliteSamOfficial:

Installation :

Import the .dds file with Open IV in mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks - 458speciale -dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles - vehicles.rpf
Open the file "458speciale.ytd"
Import
Select the .dds file
Enjoy!
