This is a modded texture for the Liberator vehicle in GTA V, featuring Fluttershy from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Run OpenIV.
Open the game folder.
Navigate to x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\mpindependence\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpindependencevehicles.rpf.
Switch on edit mode.
Drag all the downloaded files into the folder.
Rebuild and close OpenIV.
