Classic New Mexico State Police Crown Victoria in Black & White

This is the New Mexico State Police CVPI Throwback Black and White W/Black Text Texture.

I am not yet good at making the light templates. So if anyone is interested in making an all red one for this texture and model I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
