City of Los Angeles Water and Power

Hi everyone, I've created a new LA Department of Water and Power (DWP) vehicle pack. I'll be referring to the previous version as "[old van]" since it has been remastered and includes new cars. This is essentially my first pack or at least a mini-pack. I hope you enjoy it!
