Vapid Interceptor Skin for Los Santos Port Authority

This is my first officially uploaded texture. It's the LSPA or Los Santos Port Authority Vapid Interceptor, which uses a modified logo based on the real LA Port. The skin is still in BETA, and I acknowledge that the coronas are red on green lights – currently, I can't change that. If you know how to fix this, please let me know in the comments.
