Belgian Jester-Themed Skin

- Use OpenIV to browse, open and edit RPF files

- Navigate to GTAV-update.rpf-dlcpacks-mpchristmas2-dlc.rpf-x64-levels-gta5-vehicles-xmas2vehicles.rpf

- Replace the jester2.ytd file at the given location

- Now use some trainer to spawn the Jester 2 in the game.
