1) Open Openiv and navigate to update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf

2) Find and replace jester2.ytd with the one you downloaded and Rebuild.

Do not play online, it is unknown if you will be banned but do not risk it.

To uninstall, follow the same installation process but use the "original" file in the download.
