Installation: Before you install, download the original mod. Extract the zip file, open OpenIV, and navigate to the following directory: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>a333>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>>vehicles>mq1vehicles.rpf Open a330.ytd, press import and select A330_sign_7 (where your downloaded file is located), then press save. Done! Then launch the game and use a trainer to change the livery (e.g., Menyoo or Simple Trainer). Many thanks to skylinegtrfreak for creating the original mod.
