Revived NG Lens Flare Effects

Information: This mod restores the lens flare seen in the announcement trailer and some promotional screenshots of the PS4/XB1 versions of the game. Requirements: OpenIV.asi. Mods folder. Installation: Import "lensflare_f.xml", "lensflare_m.xml" and "lensflare_t.xml" in "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data". Import "flare_artefactx2.dds" in "mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures\graphics.ytd". Special Thanks: alloc8or for the Visual Settings + Timecycle Reloader. Changelog: v1.1 Fixed multiple incorrect "fIntensityFade" values (issue from the leftover "lensflare.xml"). Added a modified flare artefact texture (old gen textures, originally used by Rockstar for the lens flare).
