Increase FPS on Low-Spec PCs: Shadow Settings Explained

Installation:
Begin by navigating to My documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V.
Next, copy the last line of your settings.xml file. For example, it might be "VideoCardDescriptionRadeon RX 580 Series/VideoCardDescription".

Replace your existing settings.xml file with the one provided. Open the new settings.xml file with notepad. Scroll down to the last few lines and replace the "VideoCardDescription" entry with your own copied line. You're all set!
