BETTER RAIN TEXTURE
There files replace textures from Real Rain mod by LUISDACOS with my rain drops texture, what is more HQ and real size. So first you need to install 2 mod: "Real Rain", "Better Puddles". Then use my textures at:

- GO TO \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64a.rpf\textures\
- OPEN fxweather.ytd
- REPLACE rain.dds, distortion_rain_n.dds

MY SETTING:
Real Rain:

REAL RAIN MOD more tiny

Better Puddles:

puddles.scale 0.013
puddles.range 0.15
puddles.depth 0.9
