I have updated the license plates in-game to match the one that can be seen in real life California plates including the year stickers. The most major design overhaul can be seen in the first license plate where it has been updated to match real life Californian license plate including the 'California' font, and the DMV website. Other plates have been updated to match the stickers around the time period in which the game takes place, 2013.
