Venice Beach Residence - Menyoo & YMAP

The Venice Beach Apartment is a building consisting of two duplexes, fully equipped with: a living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, office, jacuzzi, terraces and a roof that can accommodate a helicopter. Outside, there's a secure garage with a door for four vehicles.

Installation

If you don't have a mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf located in your GTA5 main folder into your mods folder.

Download and Install:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHook V.NET
• OpenIV
• MENYOO
• Map Builder 4.0 (for some walls and grounds)

How to Install:

1] Replace Art Wall and Rug Wool

Go to the provided download link for paints and rug wool replacement.

A] ADDON [ymap file] Installation (OPEN IV needed)

1. Copy and paste the "custom maps" folder to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Finally, add "dlcpacks: custom maps " in dlclist.xml using OpenIV to: mods update.rpf common data
3. Alternatively, if you already have a custom maps folder, go to:

mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf

and add the file:

venice beach apartment.ymap

[Addon] (don't rename the file. OpenIV will do the rest) Just need to go to the north of the map for a few days of holiday with your friends :)

B] MENYOO [xml file]

1. Copy "venice beach apartment.xml" from the archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
2. Now launch GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles", and load "venice beach apartment.xml".

(You will be teleported in front of the entrance) :)
