Improved Block Initiative

This mod is in the very early stages of development. Expect to see many updates! This mod fills in a lot of empty lots and space, and makes sidewalks less cluttered. It adds more props, vehicles, and pedestrians per city block. Block1 contains Simeon's dealership/hookah/chihuahua hotdog, Vapid dealership (unfinished), and a construction site. It adds a lot more props, fills in alleyways, and empty lots. It also removes a lot of unnecessary trash and places it in more appropriate places. The mod switches out street trash cans with large bins and adds more streetlights.
