Refurbished Paleto Bay Residence (Menyoo)
This mod features a restored abandoned house in Paleto Bay. Numerous additions have been made, including a garage that was not originally present. The house has one bedroom with a bed accommodating three people, and potentially four if you consider the couch as a bed. Future plans include expanding this into a two-story house. The garage can accommodate two cars depending on their size.
To utilize this mod, you will need Script Hook V and Menyoo Trainer installed.
Place the XML file in the spooner folder within your Menyoo folder. For more detailed instructions, refer to the readme file.
