NATO Outpost Alpha: Menyoo Military Installation

Hello everyone. I'm starting a series of maps featuring military bases, named alphabetically from A (Alpha) to Z (Zulu). This is the first installment and I'm excited to release it.

Installation instructions are included in the readme file.

I initially wanted to add pedestrians but using SMY Marines wouldn't make sense for island bases besides the American one. I can't use freemode models either, as you might not have access to the same ones I do and they wouldn't spawn properly if equipped. My apologies for that.
