Refreshed Sandy Shores Motel

Hello everyone, it's GR33DZ. My friends and I have been working on the Sandy Shores Motel. We've made some significant changes, transforming it from a high-end drug den to a New York-style apartment.

More updates are coming in the future. I plan to add a hot rod garage and a few other rooms. For now, it's looking pretty good, so I decided to release what we have so you can enjoy it.

The skate park would also be a great addition up there if you want some fun while everything is loaded. Please note that this mod is for use with Menyoo only.
