This mechanic shop, located in Sandy Shores at coordinates x 2082 3381 48, features approximately 430-450 props. It includes a spacious top office and a welcoming break room downstairs.

Installation:

• Place the XML file in your Menyoo Spooner folder (GTAV > menyooStuff> Spooner).
• A YMAP version is also included. Please note that the stairs may appear unusual in this version.
