You will need to install the Map Editor mod.

Installation:

1. Drag and drop the "Exotic beach" file into your GTA V directory (where you have installed the map).
2. To spawn the map:
1. Press F7.
2. Press "Load map xml".
3. Type "Exotic beach" and press enter.
3. For automatic spawning, create an "AutoloadMaps" folder within your GTA 5 / Scripts directory and add the "Exotic beach" map file to this folder.
