Installation:

Single Player (SP):

1. Copy and paste the "dlc" folder named "moreo_festival"
2. Paste it into: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
3. Add "dlcpacks:/moreo_festival/" to the "dlclist.xml" file using OpenIV.
4. The "dlclist.xml" file is located here: mods update.rpf common data

FiveM:

1. Copy and paste the "moreo_festival" folder
2. Paste it into your server's resources folder.
3. Add "ensure moreo_festival" to your server.cfg file.
