Modern Coastal Retreat in Venice Beach

This is a Menyoo and Map Builder creation featuring a large Venice Beach house with all the amenities.

Installation:

Carefully follow these instructions:

• If you don't have a mods folder, create one and place the original common.rpf located in your GTA5 main folder into it.

Download and Install:

• ScriptHook
• ScriptHook V.NET
• OpenIV
• MENYOO
• Map Builder 4.0 (for some walls and grounds)

HOW TO INSTALL:

A] ADDON [ymap file]:

Use Open IV for this step:

1. Copy and paste the "custom maps" folder to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks
2. Add "dlcpacks: custom maps " to dlclist.xml using OpenIV. The path is: mods > update.rpf > common > data
3. Alternatively, if you already have a custom maps folder, navigate to: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>custom maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps>custom maps.rpf and add the file "New Venice Beach House.ymap"

[Addon] (don't rename the file. OpenIV will handle the rest)

B] MENYOO [xml file]:

1. Copy "New Venice Beach House.xml" from my archive to GTAV menyooStuff Spooner.
2. Launch GTA5, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", then "SavedFiles". Load "New Venice Beach House.xml"

(You will be teleported in front of the house) :)
