Enhanced Grove Street Experience (Menyoo Mod)

This mod modernizes the three houses CJ, Ryder, and Sweet would inhabit in GTA V. Aesthetic enhancements to the exterior of each house help them stand out from other residences on Grove Street.

Installation

To use this download, you will need Menyoo and Script Hook.

When downloaded, place both files in your GTA V directory.

Simply download the file folder, extract it, and drag its contents into your GTA directory under menyoo stuff > Spooner.

After that, load up the game, open menyoo spooner, press F to open its menu, then go to Manage Saved Files, clicked the one that says Grove Street Remastered, then click load placements.
