Contemporary Alpine Retreat [Menyoo]

How to install:

1. Put "House.xml" in Gta (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner
2. Open Open IV then navigate to:
   • -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / luxe_props.rpf
     Then replace ashtray with white lawn.ydr
   • -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / p_champ_flute_s.rpf
     Then replace lux_p_pour_champagne_luxe.ydr with brick celing.ydr
   • -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/ levels / gta 5 / props / p_pour_champagne_s.rpf
     Then replace lux_p_pour_champagne_s.ydr with brick celing.ydr
   • -update/ x64 / dlcpacks / mpluxe / dlc.rpf / x64/levels / gta 5 / props /luxe_props.rpf
     Then replace lux_prop_chassis_ref_luxe with wood.ydr
3. In game open menyoo go to spooner / saved files / House / load placement
