Singleplayer Installation:

1. Place the "spluxx_tailoring" folder into 'GTA\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks'.
2. Add 'dlcpacks:/spluxx_tailoring' in 'GTA\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml'
3. Start your game.
