Spacious Sandy Shores Mansion (Menyoo)

This is my first map mod for GTA 5, so please be understanding if there are some imperfections. This mod allows you to explore a modern expanded house based on the GTA vanilla model located in Sandy Shores. Additionally, there are a few trees surrounding the house, along with some other buildings and six more Rockstar houses nearby. Approximately six hours were spent creating the interior (captured using NVE, latest version).

INSTALLATION:

Go to the GTAV Game directory - menyooStuff - Spooner and drag the - Big house in sandyshores.xml file into it.
