Luxury Yacht Marina

I received a ban shortly after uploading this mod. I spawned it online and was also using the slamvan3 right after its release. Consequently, I received a 10-day ban within a couple of hours. Therefore, I stopped working on this mod and doubt I will continue developing it.

This mod is still in its early stages of development and is quite large. There are many glitches present, and currently, there's no easy way to move the yacht to a different spawn location.

However, I am sharing it as is and will likely update it frequently for a while. If you download and work on this mod, please share your progress with me. Feedback, input, and ideas from everyone are welcome. Thank you for checking it out.

The concept of this mod is to have a safe house equipped with surface-to-air defense.
