Installation:
Drag&Drop "xml" file into your gta 5 main directory
Open the game > F7 > load map > write the xml name
Location:
Open map editor F7 then click enter mapeditor or whatever it says the first option . then open mapeditor again load the map then open mapeditor again and click current entities then click any one and u will teleport automatically
