Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner

Known Bugs:

Kitchen May Glitch With Textures Used To Build The House.
The Blue Sheets Next To The House May Glitch Into The Drive Way When Crashing Into The Walls.

Main Features:

Drive Way.
2-4 Car Garage.
Electronic Gates At The Front Of The House.
Back Door Leading To The Beach.
Kitchen Area.
Living Area.
2 Large Size Bedrooms (One With Bathroom)
1 Main Bathroom

In Game Press 'F8' Or Right D-PAD And RB For Controller To Open Menyoo. Navigate To Object Spooner / Manage Saved Files / Del Perro Beach House.xml
