Installation Steps:

1. Drag and drop "bigben" (from the DLC file) into "\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" using OpenIV.
2. Go to "dlclist" located at "\grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist" and add the following line: dlcpacks:\bigben\
3. Run the game.
4. Enjoy!
