Enhance Your MALIBU MANSION: Dual Helipads, Private Dock, & Fortified Security (Menyoo/ .XML)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This is an ADD ON Ymap/.XML file (to be placed into the menyoostuff folder), intended for use with the original BigShaqNoKetchup's Malibu Mansion.
Therefore, you MUST HAVE BigShaqNoKetchups MALIBU MANSION installed beforehand. Additionally, you need to have MENYOO installed with a spooner folder within Menyoostuff where this xml file will be copied.

AWESOME ADDED FEATURES:

- Two stylish helipads (as seen in the images) equipped with helicopters and guards.
- Armed security guards stationed at the gate, driveway, and helipads (featuring animations & tasks).
- A fantastic dock where you can moor your luxury boats and jet skis.
- Added lighting and streetlights along the driveway and across the mansion.
- Valets/servants at the entrance of the house and some inside, as well as a waiter.
- Additional beautiful trees planted along the main road around the entry gate.
- CCTV cameras.
- USA flag.
- And many more enhancements!

INSTALLATION (super easy):

((YOU MUST HAVE THE MALIBU MANSION INSTALLED))

Simply copy and paste the .xml file into your Gta 5 main directory --> menyooStuff --> Spooner.

To use the mod:

Launch the game, open menyoo > go to object spooner > Manage saved files > 5.xml > load placements AND DONE !

The dock might occasionally glitch slightly while parking a boat.
