This is another (fairly simple) house located on the North beach of Bronx.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LIBERTYCITY SOUTH-EAST.

Drag and drop the folder "queensbronx" into the following path: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and open dlclist.xml. Add the line dlcpacks:/queensbronx/.

1.0 - initial release
2.0 added shaded beds by the beach and built a bar in the back yard, minor changes to the house itself
2.5 added a single table that was previously missing
