This map required significant time and effort to develop. It features a tow yard with a garage and a house topped with a helipad. I have included my prop list in the folder. All files must be downloaded correctly, which is a straightforward process. I hope everyone enjoys this map and finds numerous uses for it. If possible, please share your creations on YouTube. Map Builder Community
Please follow the developer's instructions and download the GameConfig Package from their Patreon. Download the versions labeled "community props" and "GC-package1.03," which is a zipped file. Both files need to be placed into OpenIV.

1.) Navigate to the GTA5 folder.
2.) Open the Menyoo folder.
3.) Access the Spooner Folder.
4.) Drop the XML file into this folder.
_____________________________________________________ Installation SINGLEPLAYER:
1.) Extract the YMAP from the folder and save it to your desktop.
2.) Open OpenIV (install if necessary).
3.) Ensure you are in edit mode.
4.) Navigate through the following directory structure within OpenIV: update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
5.) Drag and drop the YMAP file into OpenIV.
