This is a map mod from GTA IV converted to GTA V.

HOW TO INSTALL

Place kagara in update/x64/dlcpacks

Then go to update/update.rpf/common/data edit dlclist.xml then copy the dlc code and paste it under the latest and edit the dlc name to kagara
