The Sicilian Mafia is purchasing a significant quantity of heroin from the Yakuza. The transaction is taking place in an abandoned warehouse at Sandy Shores, where they are verifying the heroin's purity and counting money.

Both Sonny LoSpecchio (the head of the Sicilian Mafia in San Andreas) and Kamata (leader of the Yakuza on the west coast) are present to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.

Trevor has offered his assistance, allowing FIB agents access to his meth lab until the operation is complete in exchange for federal immunity.

FIB agents are surveilling both bosses. A joint raid team composed of FIB agents and the Blaine County SWAT team is ready to intervene (deal2).

Files:

deal1: FIB agents are still gathering intelligence, and no raid will occur today. They will allow the gangs to leave. Keep in mind that both gangs are suspicious and nervous; a single gunshot could turn them against each other, with the last gang standing claiming victory.

deal2: After months of preparation, it's time to apprehend those involved (just kidding, they're going to be shot). The gangs will unite against the FIB. A triggering event is needed to initiate the raid.
