Custom DUI Checkpoints (Menyoo & Map Editor)

This map mod adds a DUI Checkpoint in the Pacific Bluffs area. This is great for LSPD:FR patrols. I might add other locations.

Requirements
1. ScripthookV
2. ScripthookV.net
3. NativeUI (For Map Editor)
4. Map Editor or Menyoo

Known Issues
- Trucks may get stuck (will be fixed in a future update)
